The Controller's Office has streamlined the process for updating signature authority for Advantage accounts. Changes to signature authority will now be made by submitting an on-line request from this website.
If signature cards are already on file, simply complete and submit the on-line form here.
Once submitted, the form will be reviewed by the Controller's Office and then routed by email to the appropriate Dean, Vice President, or designee for approval and a copy will also be simultaneously sent to the primary authority.

In order to use the form, all authorized signers to be listed on an Advantage account must have submitted separately a signature card (see example below) to be maintained on-file by the Controller's Office. If you need a signature card, please email a request to SignatureCards@unlv.edu.
