Departments

The Controller oversees the following departments:

Accounts Payable:distribution of university funds to the
students, employees, organizations, and vendors of the
University.

Cashiering and Student Accounts: collection and distribution of student funds and tuition, resolve student billing issues. ; accounts receivable for departmental deposits.

Loan Administration: disbursement, billing, and collection of all Federal, Institutional, and State Loan Funds.

Non-resident Alien Services: provide tax services to the non-resident alien students, employees, organizations and vendors of the University.

General Accounting: maintenance of university funds 
and accounts, as well as audit and control over budgets 
and expenditures. Maintains University bank accounts.

Financial Reporting: coordinates and prepares University financial reports.

Payroll: provide faculty, staff and students accurate and timely compensation for services provided.
