New for tax year 2009 – Electronic W2 Delivery

When filing your 2009 taxes next year, employees will have the option to receive their annual W-2 tax statement electronically through employee self service (EQUUS), the same secure method currently available for direct deposit advices.

Advantages of electronic delivery include:

• Earlier access to your W-2. Employees will be notified by e-mail as soon as the form is available electronically — no waiting for the mail.
• Secure access through employee self service in the same manner as direct deposit payroll advices.
• Access the form from any location with Internet access.
  

Signing up to receive your form is easy. Log into EQUUS and accept electronic delivery of your W-2.

Three easy steps: (1) Log into EQUUS, (2) Select Electronic W-2 and (3) confirm your selection
